Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your order within *14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.*

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us at solarahome9@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Items must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer law.
