Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your order within *14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.*

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us at solarahome9@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Items must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer law.

 

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins from the day you, or a third party indicated by you, receive the last item of your order. This period includes weekends and public holidays.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by contacting us at solarahome9@gmail.com. You may use the standard withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your returned items. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Return shipping is free of charge. Please contact us to arrange your return.

You may also cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled by contacting us directly.
